About
Built by a business owner, for business owners.
iHelp Business Solutions is run by Dan from Southsea, Portsmouth. No salespeople, no account managers — you deal directly with the person who'll actually be looking at your business.
Meet Dan
I've run my own business here in Southsea.
I'm Dan, founder of iHelp Business Solutions. For the past several years I've been running my own business here in Southsea, and during that time I've dealt with all the same things most small business owners face — answering enquiries, managing customers, building and improving websites, getting found on Google, taking payments, organising jobs, and trying to keep on top of admin while actually doing the work that pays the bills.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in finding better ways of doing things. I started using technology, automation and AI to simplify repetitive tasks, improve how customers are handled and reduce the amount of time spent on unnecessary admin.
That experience is what led to iHelp Business Solutions.

Why iHelp
Practical improvements. Not technology for technology's sake.
I'm not interested in selling businesses AI because it's fashionable. Sometimes the right solution is automation. Sometimes it's a better website, a simpler process or connecting systems you already use. And sometimes something is already working perfectly well and doesn't need changing.
The starting point is always the same: understand how your business actually works, identify what's costing you time or opportunities, and then decide whether there's a practical way to improve it.
Local & in person
Based in Portsmouth, on your side of the table.
Because I'm based in Portsmouth, I can also work differently from a typical online agency. If it makes sense, I'll come to your business, see how things are actually being done and talk through the problems with you in person.
You'll deal directly with me.
No being passed between salespeople, account managers and developers. From the first conversation to the finished work, it's me.
How Dan works
What you can expect.
Personal
You deal with Dan from first conversation to finished work. No account managers, no ticket numbers.
Practical
Technology is only worth it if it saves time or wins work. If something isn't worth doing, Dan will say so.
Plain English
No jargon. You'll always understand what's being done and why.
No hard sell
Start small, choose what you need, and only carry on if it's working for you.
More time for why you started your business.
Technology should make running a business simpler — not give you another system to worry about.
